A clean neighborhood is good for the environment, beneficial for residents, and helps to grow property values and community investment. Cleaning up any trash, debris and old newspapers goes a long way in making our neighborhood a beautiful place to live and is a guideline of our HOA Covenants and By-Laws. Old newspapers left in yards for days and/or weeks at a time is unsightly and can also be a signal to criminals that no one is home and make a home a target to burglary.
