Annual Meeting (Via Zoom conference call)

If you would like to attend the call please send an email to the HOA email address HOA email address.

If you are not able to attend the conference call, please return a signed proxy by 6:00 pm Thursday.  You can sign the proxy mailed to you, take a picture, and attach it to a reply to the HOA email address or you can sign it and drop it in the box on the porch at 4008 Fair Meadows Dr.  

IMPORTANT NOTE:

We need participants to achieve a quorum so that we can conduct the meeting.  Your attendance (whether by proxy or by participation in the conference call is crucial).  We also value your input as we will be discussing the annual budget and homeowners' dues, the subdivision wall, and electing new board members.
