FMHOA Homeowners:
Due to lack of returned proxies and attendance, last month's Annual Homeowners Meeting has been rescheduled to Thursday, November 19, 2020 at 7:00PM.
For safety purposes surrounding Covid-19 this will be a call in meeting.
We strongly encourage all homeowners to attend or return their proxy as soon as possible.
Updated proxies have been mailed out to all homeowners this week and should be returned to the address listed if you are unable to attend. It is very important that if you are not able to attend to return this proxy.
The call in conference number will be issued the day before the meeting on Wednesday, November 18th. You must request this call in number to receive it. PLEASE EMAIL fairfaxmeadowshoa@gmail.com AND PROVIDE YOUR PROPERTY ADDRESS AND REQUEST THE CALL IN NUMBER. If you have already requested the call in number, you do not need to send another request, you will be sent the new number. We do this to protect the privacy of our residents.
