Water Holiday for Plano Residents

PLANO RESIDENTS GRANTED ONE-TIME, ONE-DAY WATER HOLIDAY

Good news Plano! Because of your water conservation efforts, Plano residents will be granted a one-time, one-day water holiday! This is a result of water that has been sitting in tanks and pipes longer than what’s considered normal. To keep Plano’s high standards of water quality, Plano residents will be allowed to water on an off-week. Even numbered addresses will be allowed to water on Thursday, July 17. Odd numbered addresses can water on Tuesday, July 22. Thanks Plano for being WATER SMART!

Stage 3 Water Restrictions Continue

Stage 3 restrictions of once every other week watering with sprinklers will continue through October 31, 2014. Watering with sprinklers from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. is prohibited. The City of Plano is requiring all residential and business customers to implement these outdoor water restrictions in hopes of reducing water use by at least 10 percent and increasing awareness of ongoing water conservation efforts. OFFENSE TYPE: Indecent Exposure         
LOCATION/STREET: Archgate Drive (Legacy Dr/Archgate Dr, Mapsco 556Z)
BLOCK NUMBER: 6700     
DATE: 4/9/14 (Wednesday) TIME: 11:55 a.m.       

DESCRIPTION: Witness observed the suspect in the park with no pants or underwear fondling himself.

SUSPECT INFORMATION: White male, tall, medium build, bald, wearing a black shirt wearing no pants or underwear.

VEHICLE INFORMATION: On foot.
Residents are urged to immediately call 911 upon observing any suspicious person, vehicle, or circumstance.

Every Other Week Watering Has Been Extended Through April

 

City of Plano Extends Every Other Week Watering Through April

Plano City Council has extended the once every other week watering schedule until April 30. The only change for April is that watering with sprinklers is no longer allowed between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Get the latest calendar.
