Items on the meeting agenda include subdivision walls and neighborhood crime watch.  We will also select the new Board and go over next year's budget.

Officer Chris Bianez of the Plano Police Department will be there to discuss neighborhood safety and security.

It is very important that all homeowners attend, if at all possible. It is necessary to have enough homeowners in attendance to vote on important neighborhood issues.  

If you are unable to attend, please remember to return your proxy to 7220 Fair Valley Way by October 18th at 6PM.  Please place in basket on the front porch.
