Many of you may have noticed that some of the tree lights and the Fairfax Meadows sign light at the Sun Meadows entrance are not working. We have contacted the lighting company and they will be out this week to make repairs.
We have also been in contact with the City of Plano to do repairs to the brick wall along the alley of Fair Valley Way. They have assured us we are on the list for repairs and have asked us to be patient as they have many brick wall repairs going on in the City of Plano.

Watering Guideline Changes
Per the City of Plano:
Effective
immediately, the City of Plano will allow irrigation between the hours of 10am
and 6pm through March 1st to reduce icing of streets and sidewalks
during winter months. All other Stage 2 watering restrictions remain in
place including restriction to two days per week.
Water restrictions are expected to
continue through 2013 due to low lake levels. Everyone is encouraged to operate
irrigation systems manually in order to provide efficient and cost-effective
watering.
